Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview
By signing up to join the affiliate program for M+ and its vendors, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This program is designed to allow you to earn commissions by promoting our products through your personalized affiliate link.

2. Affiliate Obligations
As an affiliate partner, you agree to:

• Market our products ethically and follow all relevant laws and advertising standards.

• Avoid using deceptive tactics, spam, or making misleading claims about our offerings.

• Refrain from promoting our products on websites that include offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

• Ensure your affiliate links are properly formatted so that sales can be accurately tracked and commissions credited.

3. Commission Structure & Payment

• You’ll earn a commission of % on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link.

• Commissions are based on net sales amounts (excluding shipping, taxes, and any refunded or canceled transactions).

• Payments are issued monthly via EMT.

• A minimum of $20 in commissions must be reached before a payout is issued.

• If a customer is refunded or files a chargeback, the related commission will be subtracted from your earnings.

4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are welcome to promote M+ products through websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media channels. Paid advertising (like Google Ads or Facebook Ads) is allowed but must not interfere or compete with the Company’s direct ad campaigns.

Please note:

• Do not impersonate M+ or mislead users about your relationship with us.

• Only share discount codes in accordance with our guidelines.

• As M+ operates a vendor marketplace, you may promote items from different sellers. Commission rates may vary by vendor, and specific rates will be visible in your affiliate dashboard.

5. Use of Brand Assets
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use M+ branding, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products.

You may not alter or modify our materials without prior written permission.

6. Termination Policy
M+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, especially in cases where these terms are violated.

Upon termination, any unpaid or pending commissions may be forfeited.

7. Liability Disclaimer
M+ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the affiliate program.

We do not guarantee any specific performance or results from participating in the program.

8. Policy Updates
We may revise these terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated to affiliates. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
